Katherine B. Booth |
Katherine (“Kat”) B. Booth has had the privilege to represent businesses from entity formation through corporate governance, contract disputes, and employment matters. She was honored to serve those who serve our country in cases involving employment discrimination, retaliation, and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). Mrs. Booth has worked hard for those who were out of work due to alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). A strong believer in restorative justice, Mrs. Booth has worked on both sides of the criminal justice system to protect victims, encourage healing, and promote justice. Mrs. Booth began practicing family law after meeting Mr. Booth and witnessing firsthand the trauma inflicted on children by Child Protective Services and an unfit parent. Mrs. Booth |
